1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable provided with your Adapter into the WAN port on the Adapter. Connect the other end of this Ethernet cable into an available port on your router.

2. Plug a regular telephone (cordless or otherwise) into the PHONE port on the back of the Adapter.

3. Plug the power cord into the POWER port ("DC 5V") on the Adapter and into an electrical outlet. This turns your Adapter on. You should only use the power adapter supplied with the Phone Adapter. You do not need to unplug it when it is not in use.

4. Check that the Adapter is receiving power. The LED on the top should turn on if the Adapter is receiving power. Wait at least two minutes for the Adapter to start up.

5. Pick up your telephone receiver and listen to a dial tone. If you hear a dial tone, dial 100# to hear your phone number. If you hear your phone number, you are done with the installation and can begin making phone calls.

6. If you don't get a voice reading you your phone number, or if you don't hear a dial tone at all, you should do a full power cycle to your network. Follow these steps to perform a power cycle:

a) Unplug the power from the Phone Adapter, then unplug power from the Router and unplug power cord from the Modem.
b) After a few seconds, you can re-connect the Cable/DSL Modem's power cord.
c) Re-connect the Router's power cord. Wait until the router logs in to the Internet.
d) Re-connect the Phone Adapter's power cord. Wait at least two minutes for the Phone Adapter to log in to Endlesscalls network.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Instructions for rebooting your Phone Adapter:
Unplug only the power cable from the back of your Cable/DSL modem.

If you have a router, unplug its power cable.

Unplug the black power cable from the back of the Endlesscalls Phone-Adapter.

Wait at least 2 minutes or follow the Cable/DSL modems manufacturer's instructions.

Plug your Cable/DSL modems power cable back into your device and wait for it to start up completely before continuing.

If you have a router, plug the power cable back in and wait for it to start up completely before continuing.

Plug in the power cable for the Endlesscalls™ Phone-Adapter.

Wait at least 3 minutes.

Reboot your computer and check to make sure that you have an Internet connection.

Pick up the telephone receiver and listen for a dial tone.
