Our comprehensive service gives you unlimited local and long distance calling anywhere in the US, Canada, China, Mexico City, and over 40 more international destinations for one low monthly rate.

Why is Endlesscalls™ absolutely the best solution for me?
Because you'll get:
A smaller phone bill
Unlimited domestic and international calling, from your home and cell phone!
Features you'd normally pay big bucks for, like Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Calling, E-mail notification of Voicemail, and many more at NO additional cost Free 411 and 911 services

How does Endlesscalls™ work?
It's easy- just connect your telephone to your high-speed Internet connection using the Endlesscalls™ Adaptor we supply free of charge. Setup usually takes less than five minutes, and there's no software to install! If you have any questions, our support team is always standing by to help you. Just call 888-2-GET-ELC (243-8352).

Do I need to buy fancy equipment to use Endlesscalls™?
Not at all! All you need in order to take advantage of Endlesscalls™ is: A high-speed broadband Internet connection such as DSL or Cable Internet (you DO NOT need a computer to use Endlesscalls™) The Endlesscalls™ Adapter, which we'll ship straight to you as soon as you finish signing up.

Do I have to understand complicated technology to have Endlesscalls™ work for me?
No way - that's our job! All you need to know is that, with Endlesscalls™, you can: Use your phone exactly as you always have- people dial your number, your phone rings, and you answer it. The only difference? Lower phone bills. Use your cell phone to make calls (many of our customers use this feature to take advantage of our included international calling destinations). Use your broadband-connected PC to make calls.

Can I use my existing phones?
Yes, you can use your existing phones with the Endlesscalls™ Adaptor we provide free of charge.

Can I use a home gateway, router, NAT, or firewall with my Endlesscalls™ service?
Yes. However, the firewall must be able to act as a SIP application gateway. This is not a common function of most firewalls. An alternative is to install the IP phone or Endlesscalls™ Phone Adaptor between the broadband connection and the firewall. They will then share the public address of the firewall. In this configuration, all non-VoIP packets received from the WAN are automatically forwarded to the firewall.

Do I need a static IP to use this service?
We will configure the VoIP equipment to work with your broadband service.

Does Endlesscalls™ service work over satellite Internet connections?
Technically, you can use a satellite Internet connection if the connection speed is at least 72 Kbps in both directions. However, we cannot guarantee top-quality service and performance using anything other than a broadband connection.

Does Endlesscalls™ support fax machines, modems, and/or remote alarm systems?
At this time, our service does not support FAX machines or modems. In addition, the service does not work with remote alarm systems.

Can I use a dialup connection for my VoIP phone?
No. Dialup internet connections are too slow for VoIP. You must use a high-speed Broadband Internet (DSL or Cable) connection.

Does my computer need to be turned on?
No it doesn't, but your broadband Internet connection must be active.

Can I use my computer and an IP phone at the same time?
Yes! However, your cable or DSL Internet provider may have requirements that cause a conflict. Check with your Internet provider.

About VoIP
What's VoIP?
VoIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol, which is also known as Internet Telephone Service. Quite simply, it's technology that enables voice data to be sent over the Internet. By using your existing broadband Internet connection and a telephone Adaptor instead of a standard telephone network, Endlesscalls™ can offer you more powerful features at a substantially lower price than your current phone provider. You can even transfer your existing telephone number(s) to Endlesscalls™, and add additional numbers that will ring to the same phone- impress everyone with your new number in New York City!

How does VoIP work?
VoIP sends your phone signal across the Internet (just like email or a web page) and converts it back into sound at the other end. Anyone, anywhere, with any telephone can both call you and receive your calls. Since today's technology has made Internet call quality as good as or better than normal telephone conversations, you have nothing to lose and a whole lot of money to save!

Does VoIP replace my telephone line?
It certainly can. Some choose to keep a cell or land line as well. If your Internet service provider loses connection or you lose power, the internet telephone service will be disrupted.

Phone Numbers, Dialing, and Billing

What happens to my phone number?
Nothing! Your home number will remain the same, unless you specifically request otherwise. In fact, you can even keep your cell phone number, provided that the number is within our service area. Check out our Porting Map for coverage in your area.

Can I change my phone number after I order Endlesscalls™?
Yes. Simply contact customer service at 1-888-2-GET-ELC (243-8352).

Can I get extra phone numbers for my Endlesscalls™ Account?
Certainly. There are two ways to order additional numbers within our calling area: If you want to make outbound calls on additional numbers or lines at the same time, you must order and pay for additional outbound lines. Order a remote number (see below)

Can I get a remote number?
Absolutely! A remote number (or virtual number) is an inexpensive way to add a 'second' phone number in the area code of your choice. When someone dials your remote number, his/her call can be routed to your Endlesscalls™ Phone. Remote numbers are available to all customers in RNK's coverage area for a nominal fee. Think of the possibilities! For example, if you own a small business, you can purchase multiple remote numbers with area codes from Los Angeles, New York, and Washington D.C., and your clients will think you own a nationwide company! Or, if you're a mother in Florida who's missing her three kids going to college in Chicago, just get a virtual number with a Chicago area code, and your family can stay in touch for the price of a local phone call!

Can I get my Endlesscalls™ number listed in the directory?
Yes, if you request it. Your number will be listed just like a normal telephone number.

Does the Endlesscalls™ service support 800 and other toll-free numbers?
Yes.

Can I dial a 900 number from the Endlesscalls™ service?
No. Endlesscalls™ blocks access to most pay-per-call services, such as 900, 976, 550, 540, etc.

When will I receive my first Endlesscalls™ bill?
You'll receive your bill during the first week of each calendar month.

Can I view my bill online?
Yes! By logging in at the top of the main page.
